Hassle-free returns policy
S.A.S [Safe & Secure] Ltd is dedicated to offering the highest levels
of quality and service. We will be happy to refund or exchange any item(s)
that you are not completely satisfied with, as long as they are returned
in an unopened, unused condition, within 16 days of receipt with proof
of purchase.
Important Please Note:
Customers MUST contact sales@sasshop.co.uk before returning any item as suspected faulty, with all details so we can offer advice on how to resolve. Any items sent prior to this may incur postage charges to the manufacturer.
If goods are deemed faulty then the customer must ensure that all relevant instruction manuals have been read and the manufacturers technical support has been contacted for assistance first. This will speed up the repair or replacement process.
Any items returned as faulty then upon testing found to be working will be returned to the customer once any shipping and administration costs have been paid for by the customer. These will be advised of at the time and will be kept to a minimum.
All returned goods must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice (this comes
with the delivery of your goods), with completed details of reason for returning on the reverse.

Return postage should be with added postal insurance if the item is valued at more than £30. Upon testing if the item is faulty and so long as it has been used in accordance with the manufacturers instructions a repair or replacement will be immediately sent. Customers can return items direct to the manufacturer for quicker resolve or if you need further advice

Any FREE GIFTS must also be returned pro-rata to amount spent, please email us for further information or assistance.
YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED.
Back Orders
Occasionally an item may be out of stock and on back order, though
our suppliers can normally deliver to us within 1-2 working days. You
will always be informed via e-mail and given the option to cancel your
order if you so wish and a full refund payment will be made.
