Delivery Information and Charges

UK Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours and delivery is via Royal Mail standard parcels. Your order should arrive within 3-5 working days but we can not be held responsible for delays beyond our control. Any foreseen problems will be advised to the customer upon confirmation.

If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, your parcel may be taken to your nearest Post Office for collection and a notification card left at your premises. Please contact Royal Mail direct for further advice.

Selected items may take a little longer; this will be indicated on the product information pages.

UK Delivery Charges

Deliveries are to mainland United Kingdom only at present and are charged at £4.50 per standard order up to 4Kgs in weight at which point they incur a standard parcel rate of £7.99 up to a maximum £11.99 after which S.A.S [Safe & Secure] Ltd will pay any extra delivery costs on behalf of the customer. The customer will be informed at time of confirmation via e-mail.

Bollard DIY installation delivery: 1st bollard = £45 subsequent bollards = £15 each. Delivery usually takes 1-4 weeks. Bollards weigh between 30.5 Kgs and 33.5 Kgs.

Back Orders

Occasionally an item may be out of stock and on back order, though our suppliers can normally deliver to us within 1-2 working days. You will always be informed via e-mail and given the option to cancel your order if you so wish and a full refund payment will be made.

BFPO (Not Available at Present).

Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery to BFPO addresses. When entering your address details, please enter the BFPO address where you are based and not Mill Hill.

Channel Islands and Eire Deliveries (Not Available at Present).

A charge of £13.95 will be made for each order delivered to The Channel Islands and Eire.

International Delivery (Not Available at Present).

Delivery outside the UK is un-available at present but will be available later in the year. A variable delivery charge will be applied at the checkout, according to the country of destination. The delivery charge will be applied according to the total weight of your delivery. The delivery charge will be displayed at the checkout on the order summary page. Delivery is made by airmail and can take up to 30 days, though is usually much sooner.
Import duties and taxes may have to be paid in some countries. Before ordering please obtain details of these charges from Customs & Excise in the country to which the goods are being dispatched.

Services to the following countries are currently suspended:

Afghanistan, Chad, Congo Republic, Guinea-Bissau, Iraq, Rwanda, Somalia, Tajikistan & Uzbekistan.
